Lacotte stepping down as IOC director general

LAUSANNE (Switzerland) - IOC director general Urs Lacotte is stepping down because of health reasons.

The International Olympic Committee says on Monday that the mutual decision was made 'in view of the current state of Urs Lacotte s health.'
