MANCHESTER - WAYNE Rooney has set his sights on overhauling Liverpool by helping bitter rivals Manchester United win a record 19th title.
Rooney told Inside United that as a former Everton player, helping United depose Liverpool as the most successful club in English football history would be especially sweet.
