SINGAPORE'S top shooters at the Commonwealth Games were crowned the country's top athletes at the Singapore Sports Awards on Wednesday night.
Triple gold-medallist Gai Bin, 42, took home the prestigious Sportsman of the Year honour, while Jasmine Ser, 20, was named Sportswoman of the Year for picking up two golds and two silvers in New Delhi.
