PARIS - NEWLY-CROWNED French champions Lille swept the board on Sunday as coach Rudi Garcia was named coach of the year by the French footballers union UNFP while their young Belgian star Eden Hazard received the accolade of best player.
Lille won the league and Cup double for their first major honours in over half a century, securing the league title with Saturday's draw at Paris Saint Germain, whom they beat last week to win the French Cup.
