Team China and Australian Boomers set to play each other in Singapore

SINGAPORE will play host to two of the world's top 10 basketball countries, China and Australia, at the inaugural Youyi Games, a brand new premium international basketball event that will take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on June 26.

The 'Youyi Games' or friendly games will be first played in Perth on June 24 and then in Singapore two days later, with the main aim of encouraging cultural exchange and collaboration through the sport of basketball. This new initiative will set up a premium basketball event each year that fans can look forward to in the region, the organiser, RV Sport, said in a press statement.
