LE MANS (France) - FORMER world champion Casey Stoner of Australia will start the French MotoGP in pole position after leading a trio of Honda riders in qualifying on Saturday.
Stoner, the 2007 MotoGP champion, had a best lap time of 1 minute, 33.153 seconds on the Le Mans circuit and hopes he can match his qualifying form in the race.
