INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana) - DANNY Granger scored 24 points and made critical plays in the final seconds, sparking Indiana past Chicago 89-84 in an NBA playoff game Saturday, denying the Bulls a first-round sweep.

Chicago used a 13-1 late-game run to pull within 85-84 before Granger sank four free throws and grabbed a rebound in the dying seconds to hold off the Chicago comeback and extend the Pacers' season for at least one game.
