USA Swimming pushes for change after Crippen death

COLORADO SPRINGS (Colorado) - A COMMISSION appointed by USA Swimming has recommended limits on water temperatures and other safety improvement in open-water swimming after the death of Fran Crippen.

The five-member panel headed by former International Olympic Committee vice president Dick Pound released its findings on Wednesday.
